today on internal communities of Avanade emerged a couple of migration scenarios / update from different repositories from control of source to Team Foundation Server 2012. I was a little surprised to see that we still had scenarios where it was necessary to update from VSS (Visual Source Safe) towards TFS.
Before the tool was part of TFS, is now available in the Visual Studio Gallery as ” “ Visual Source Safe Upgrade Tool for Team Foundation Server “.” This tool allows you to work with TFS2012, TFS2012 and Team Foundation Service.
